These terms govern your use of Root, provided by Livefully. Root is a tool for organizing boards, photos, stickers, text and goals on your device. No account is required.
The distribution platform’s terms also apply. These terms do not limit your statutory rights or rights under Apple’s standard software license agreement.
Article 2. Your content and rights
Your records and attached content remain yours or their rightful owner’s. Using Root does not transfer ownership or grant us permission to use your content in marketing.
Do not use the app unlawfully or infringe copyright, image rights or privacy. The app and brand belong to Livefully or their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or redistribute the app without permission or interfere with the service, except as allowed by law.
Article 3. Storage, backups and recovery
Records are currently stored on your device. We do not retain a server copy and cannot recover lost or deleted records for you. Export important records outside the app using My > Export data.
Import replaces your current records with the backup contents. Check your backup before resetting, deleting the app or changing devices. Insufficient storage, system failures and damaged files can prevent saving or recovery. This notice does not exclude legal liability for our own fault.
Article 4. Changes and ending use
Feature support may vary by device and operating system. We announce significant feature changes or discontinuation in advance through the app or website and, where possible, provide an opportunity to export records. You may stop using Root at any time.
Article 5. Responsibility and disputes
Livefully exercises reasonable care in providing the service. No exclusion of liability applies where prohibited by law. We do not limit liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Korean law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights applicable to you.
Article 6. Changes to these terms
Revised terms are published here with their effective date. Significant changes are announced through the app or website in advance, with consent procedures where legally required.
